Your cellphone with its GPS receiver is a great way for criminals and all of us to be tracked by the police and whomever else wants to track us with or without a court order. You didn’t use those Civil Liberties anyway! Even on TV they always say on cop shows that they need to read the suspects their Miranda Rights and a warrant is needed before anything is done…BUT…that’s not the case anymore. Anything can be found out about you at any time for any reason without any due process thanks to the Patriot Act.
this is stupid, of course the Gov is NOT getting info on anyone of value, because you have to be a complete dipshit to have a GPS phone in your own name if your’e a criminal. anyone ever hear of pre paid phones? All laws set aside, the reigning supreme law of the land is the constitution the rest of the arguement is whitewash bullshit. I don’t know if this is connected, but in northeast Oklahoma, I have discovered tall poles with antenna on top being placed just outside several small towns. These poles are about twice the heigth of the utility poles that carry the electric lines. Could they be listening posts or something like that? Look in Narcissa, Ok, & just east of Bluejacket, Ok, and just southeast of Welch, Ok. The poles are in line with the electric lines on the side of the road.
